Azam clears Muguna CAF fine, brings him aboard the “Wana Ramba Ramba”

Gor Mahia Fc will miss the services of creative midfielder Kenneth Muguna. Mugune has moved to Tanzanian football giant and will don the “Wana Ramba Ramba” Jersey next season.

The former Gor Mahia captain’s contract with the defending Kenya champions expires in October and he has opted not to renew.

Azam has already paid a sum of Ksh 1.6 million (US Dollars 15,000) as a sign-on fee and cleared the midfielder CAF fine on his head after an incident in Zambia in the CAF Confederation match against NAPSA on February 21st, 2021 at Heroes Stadium.

Gor Mahia had begun negotiation with the former Western Stima skillful midfielder, but the player was reluctant to the club’s move.

Azam FC is poised to feature in the CAF competition next season.
