Gor election intensifies as aspirants hit the road.

After official announcement and the date set for Gor Mahia AGM to be held on 8th August 2020, aspirants have tightened their shoe laces rolling their campaign strategies.

The upcoming election has turned to be interesting after the club announced new rules that will be used after adoption of the club’s new constitution which allows only four positions to be filled. That is, the post of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary General and the treasurer.

One of the aspiring candidates for the post of Secretary General is a renown and accomplished businessman Sam Ochola.

Sam who is the founder of Digital Association of Kenya and a life member of the great football club in Africa, holds a master degree in Business Management and Administration. His passion for Gor Mahia has seen him actively involved in the club, sponsoring the club’s Youth team for the last three (3) years.

Having worked at Royal Media Services and Radio Africa before starting his own media industry – Dala FM and Lolwe TV, Sam has promised to set the pace in the most valuable department of the club where communication is the core value.

He is therefore urging members to give him the mandate to serve the Secretary-General docket with the professionalism it deserves.

He is known by his slogan, “What about Ochola”
